この半年ほど、毎日30分運動をして、週に2回、1時間歩いている。 体脂肪 14.5% 内臓脂肪 6.5 体内年齢は常に28歳。 今までで一番健康だと思う。 I've been exercising for 30 minutes daily for the past six months and walking for 1 hour twice a week. On my Tanita scale, my body fat is 14.5%, my visceral fat is 6.5, and my body age always shows as 28. I think I'm as healthy as ever.

レッドベリーという映画を見た。1976年に公開された作品だが、日本では未公開だ。とても良かった。レッドベリーとブラインド・レモン・ジェファーソンが出会い、一緒に演奏するところが特に面白かった。彼らが友達だとは知らなかった。現在公開中の「ロックの礎を築いた男 レッド・ベリー ビートルズとボブ・ディランの原点」も見たいな。  I watched a movie called Leadbelly . It was released in 1976, but it hasn’t been released in Japan. It was a great movie. The most interesting part was when Leadbelly and Blind Lemon Jefferson met and played together. I didn’t know they were friends. I’d like to watch another Leadbelly movie, Lead Belly: Life, Legend, Legacy , which is currently in theaterse.

英語の勉強のためにもっと頻繁（できれば毎日）に更新しようと思う。 昨日は5年ぶりにサブウェイパフォーマンスをやった。わずか5日前に告知したにもかかわらず、10人も来てくれた。隣でやってたイベントがPAを使っててやりづらかったけど、楽しく演奏できたわ。おなじみのお客さんと久しぶりに会えて、少しでもお話できたのがとても嬉しかった。次回のサブウェイパフォーマンスは7月6日午前11時から12時です。 I'm going to write more often (hopefully daily) to improve my English skills. Yesterday, I did a gig in the subway for the first time in five years. Even though I only informed them five days before the gig, I still had ten people in the audience. Although another event using the PA system next to my performance space was annoying, I was still able to play happily. It was great to see familiar faces and chat, even just for a little while. My next subway gig is on July 6th, from 11 AM to 12 PM.
