この半年ほど、毎日30分運動をして、週に2回、1時間歩いている。 体脂肪 14.5% 内臓脂肪 6.5 体内年齢は常に28歳。 今までで一番健康だと思う。 I've been exercising for 30 minutes daily for the past six months and walking for 1 hour twice a week. On my Tanita scale, my body fat is 14.5%, my visceral fat is 6.5, and my body age always shows as 28. I think I'm as healthy as ever.
